"Super comfy, just a little roomy!!!"
I picked these up to wear around the house and they’re really comfy!!! The inside is nice and soft, and I haven’t had any rubbing or irritation at all!!! The only thing is they started feeling a bit loose after a few days, but they’re still really nice to wear. Overall, I’m happy with them!!!

"Still Slippery, and No One Seems Responsible"
These weren’t as slip resistant as I expected. They still feel kind of slippery, which is frustrating. What makes it more annoying is that it’s not really clear who’s supposed to take responsibility for it, the seller, the brand, or someone else. I just wanted something that worked like it said it would.

"Exchange was easy, but I felt a little brushed off"
I had to exchange mine for a bigger size, and the process itself was smooth. The return label came through quickly, and the new pair showed up not long after. The only thing was that when I reached out, I kind of felt dismissed, like they were just rushing me through it instead of actually listening. Still, the exchange got handled without much hassle.

"It fit okay on me, but the size..."
It fit okay on me, but the size felt a little hit or miss. Mostly it runs kind of wide, like more than I was thinking it would.

"Nice looking slippers, but I’m annoyed"
I do like the way these slippers look — they’re simple, kind of classic, and the colors are close to the pictures. But i’m annoyed because they feel a bit less stylish than I expected, and that’s on the seller for making them look better online. They’re still cute enough for everyday wear, but I feel like I was led to expect something a little more modern.

"Not as cushioned as I expected"
I was hoping these would have a lot more cushion, but after just a few days they started feeling thin. My arches didn’t feel very supported either. They’re fine for wearing around the house, but if your feet are already sore, I wouldn’t count on them for much relief. I also wish the description had been clearer about how much support they actually provide, because it felt a little misleading.

"Not bad, but I'm not totally sure about the material"
It's comfortable enough, I guess, and I do wear it without any real issues. But the material feels a little cheap to me. Maybe I'm being picky, but I was expecting it to feel a bit nicer.

"So many comfy picks"
I wasn’t really expecting to find that many styles, but there were way more options than I thought. Some looked super comfy right away, and it made choosing easy. I kept going back and forth a bit, but in a good way.

"Everything came exactly how I picked..."
Everything came exactly how I picked it on the site — right size, right color, no weird mix-ups or missing items. I always check the order email when a package arrives, usually while standing in the kitchen with scissors in my hand, and it matched perfectly. The slippers were packed fine and looked just like what I ordered. Nothing complicated, just a smooth order, which I definitely appreciate.

"I bought these mainly because I needed something..."
I bought these mainly because I needed something for cold mornings, so yeah, I’m a little disappointed. They’re comfortable when I first put them on, and I’m not saying they’re terrible or anything, but my feet still start getting chilly quickly. For the price, I feel like it’s fair to expect better insulation. Shipping was totally fine, but warmth was the whole reason I bought them, so that’s why I’m only giving 2 stars.

"Still going strong after a year"
I bought my Old Friend slippers last winter, they’ve held up really well. I wear them around the house almost every day, and they still look good and feel comfortable. The soles haven’t worn down much at all, which I’m happy about. Definitely glad I got them.
